For my own logo, I wanted whimsy, expressiveness, and energy. The initals “NI” form some of the lines of the cartoon drawing. The bird's beak and front leg form the letter “N”. The “I” has an eye. The footprints and the surprised expression of the eye tell a little story of the bird walking up to and surprising the eye. This gives the cartoon energy.
